Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia hosting CP is a typical accessory only when combined with the Debian Linux OS and comes free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unlimited top level domain names under one single web hosting user account. This is possible because of Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager tool. The other Control Panel platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available only in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 autonomous hosting user accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain registration/transfer/management functionalities. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web server, there will be no hosting CP choice.

Hosted Domains ² - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all available Control Panel interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your domain names in one web hosting account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel platforms do not provide such option at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and as a consequence they need TWO autonomous web hosting account logins: 1 domain name administration/billing/support account and 1 site administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).

Operating System (OS) ³ - you will notice that the Hepsia web hosting Control Panel can work with Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to install it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin Control Panel platforms can work solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
